RETURN POLICY

We want you and your pooch to be completely happy with every purchase, but we understand sometimes it may not work out! 

We will gladly accept returns on full price wear, play, and walk items postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be returned in their original conditional (new, unwashed, unaltered, clean of pet hair, and with original tags attached).

A quick try-on at home is encouraged, but please refrain from having your pup wear the item around for the day as any visible signs of wear will deem the item unreturnable.

Items returned to us that do not meet the above conditions will not be refunded. We can send the items back, but associated shipping costs will be on you. 

Final sale items include:
  • treats
  • greeting cards
  • sale items
  • specialty items (i.e. cooling scarfs)
  • purchases from our pop up events

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, please send us an email at info@misoandfriends with your order number. We will send you a packing slip to include in your return package. The packing slip will help us identify your order and process your return faster. Once we receive the item(s), we will process your refund. Original shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?

As a small business, we are currently unable to offer pre-paid return labels and you will be required to cover the return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We do not have an exchange policy. If you would like your item in a different size or color, please follow our return policy for the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new online order for the item(s) you want.
