We package and process all orders within 2 business days. This means, within two business days a tracking number will be provided to you and your package will be in the hands of USPS or UPS for delivery. As a small business, we do not guarantee delivery dates, but we do our part to ensure you get your package as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind, due to the ongoing pandemic and recent funding challenges faced by mail carriers, delivery times may take longer than usual.

We ship everything out through our local post office and UPS store here in Chicago, and it has not been uncommon to see tracking numbers stuck in “awaiting item” and “pre-shipment” status for a some days after customer packages have been picked up. This does not mean they do not have your package. It simply means that mail carriers is backed up and it may take some days for the status to change to "in transit".

Regardless of tracking status, for domestic orders, almost all our packages are delivered within 2 weeks, some 3 weeks, and in rare cases 4 weeks.

For orders to Canada, delivery times may vary depending upon customs, but most orders are delivered within 4 weeks. We do provide a tracking number for your order, but once the package is in Canada you will need to contact your local mailer carrier if you have further questions. 

As the holiday season nears, we expect mail carriers to be even busier. If you are working with a delivery deadline, please take this into consideration before placing your order as we do not guarantee delivery dates. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
